Shipping
Every piece of jewelry is made to order. Sometimes I have pieces in stock and I can ship immediately, but other times they need to be custom made for you. Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of order placement and shipped USPS First Class Mail. Including delivery time, expect orders to arrive at your door in approximately 7-10 days. If your item has a longer lead time for some reason, I will notify you by email. If you have a time crunch, email me and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Returns
I hope you absolutely love and feel amazing in your new jewelry, however, if you’d like to make a return, I’m happy to help. Return requests must be made within 10 days from receipt of delivery. I am able to accept returns of unused jewelry in the same condition as received, including packaging, for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Gift cards, custom orders, and sale items are final sales and are not returnable or exchangeable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, As we are not able to guarantee your shipment. Repairs
I will repair items purchased through carolynkeys.com free of charge within 6 months of purchase. After that time, I am happy to repair your items for a service charge. Please note that I am not responsible for shipping charges on repair items. Please contact me first for repair authorization at info@carolynkeys.com.
And if you ever lose an earring, I am happy make a replacement to match your single earring, provided the style is still available. The cost will be half of a complete pair plus shipping. Simply email me to make this special request.
